As Senior Communication Partner to our CEO, Jens Højgaard Christoffersen, and our CFO, Natalie G. Shaverdian Riise-Knudsen, you will be responsible for translating their thoughts and ideas about COWI's business and strategy into words and actions. You will be their operational partner in producing various forms of content and cover all communication disciplines in internal and external channels in close collaboration with the Executive Office and your colleagues in the Communication and Branding team.

Communication is essential to COWI’s business strategy, and you will be part of our global team of communication specialists and report to the SVP of Communication and Branding.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing internal and external communication support to the CEO and CFO

Developing and implementing executive communication plans

Crafting narratives across internal and external channels

Preparing compelling executive messaging for various platforms

Supporting corporate leadership in change communication

Ensuring executive visibility on LinkedIn

Preparing messaging and presentation material for external events

Enabling executive leaders through communication training as needed

We expect you to be an experienced communication expert with strategic understanding and business insight. You should be able to translate management language into engaging messages across channels and stay focused on delivering effective solutions in a busy environment.

You are an experienced communicator who can establish yourself as a trusted and effective partner to executive leaders. You are capable of listening, interpreting and applying what the leaders are saying into content that moves people’s perceptions and actions.

Additionally, you will have:

a master’s degree in communication, strategy, or similar 

7+ years’ experience as a communication professional 

working experience gained from listed/international companies or PR agencies

experience as a practical communication partner to executives 

a detail-oriented approach and ability to transform complex information into inspiring stories 

fluency in English and Danish, verbally and in writing.
