How you will create an impact

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and efficient data pipelines that enable seamless data flows across the organization. By leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies, you will ensure that data from various business systems is ingested into our analytics platform with accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing robust monitoring systems to proactively detect and address issues in data transfers or quality.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement compliant workflows.
• Driving improvements in integration practices by staying informed of emerging technologies and trends.
• Documenting processes, workflows, and metadata to support transparency and maintainability across the team.

Your work will be critical in building a future-proof data infrastructure that empowers the company to make data-driven decisions and automate and secure that data flows between all our systems.

To thrive in this position, we imagine that

You bring a strong foundation in data engineering, RPA, or Software Development principles. Your technical skillset could include:

• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as SQL, Python, or C#)
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• A deep understanding of APIs, including REST, SOAP, and GraphQL, with the ability to design and optimize API calls for efficient data transfers.

Beyond technical expertise, you excel at collaborating across departments and geographies, translating complex business needs into practical technical solutions. Your attention to detail ensures data accuracy and reliability, and your strong communication skills enable you to effectively document and share knowledge with the team.
