AWARE is run by a small team of enthusiasts driven by creating feminine and contemporary fashion – with a focus on flattering fits, lasting quality, and timeless expression. The team operates within a flat hierarchy and fosters an informal and supportive environment, where mutual recognition is part of the culture. Known for our innovative mindset, we are always open to shaping and refining our processes. Today, the team consists of five colleagues who eagerly await your arrival and are ready to support you in your onboarding to the AWARE universe.

MAKE OUR COLLECTIONS YOURS
Building on AWARE’s brand DNA—feminine, minimalistic yet intriguing, and elegant—you will take on the responsibility for shaping and managing the design process in your categories for our six annual collections, ensuring they are both commercially viable and on-trend. Working closely with the other Designer within the team, you will collaborate to define the design, trend, colors, styles, and details of each collection. You'll be actively involved throughout the entire design process—from conceptualizing ideas and creating initial style cards to communicating with suppliers on qualities and fittings.
