About the Role: Our client, a prominent player in the industry, is seeking a talented Senior Enterprise Architect to join their vibrant team. Reporting to the Head of Cement IT, you will play a key role in aligning IT strategies with business objectives, ensuring the development of future-proof technology systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align IT roadmap with overall business goals.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise Architectural roadmap, outlining the evolution of technology systems and applications.
• Ensure IT solutions support and enhance strategic objectives, analyzing emerging technology trends and disruptions.
• Drive the design of complex technology solutions, evaluating and recommending options considering cost, scalability, and security.
• Adapt to changing business and operating models, driving the evolution of EA services and digital business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of strategic and operations planning, business analysis, or enterprise architecture consultancy experience.
• Understanding of business and financial models, cost-benefit analysis, and risk management.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools, frameworks, and related graphical models.
• Proven expertise in managing diverse stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Insight into information management practices, system development life cycle management, and IT services management.
• Collaborative mindset, supportive of business ideas, and assertive in promoting architectural principles and standards.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to diverse perspectives and cultures.
