The position 
In the role of Senior Finance Partner, you will collaborate with the line of business in DPP&ETs oral production sites to drive the financial management and partnering concept. Your primary focus will involve partnering with production sites spanning across Denmark, Ireland & US, one of which is newly acquired.  

As Senior Finance Partner, you will have the following responsibilities: 

• Driving the annual financial wheel across our oral production sites with a focus on resource allocation and budget accuracy 
• Acting as a trusted business partner and single point of entry for the supported areas  
• Collaborating closely with ambitious and talented stakeholders with both financial and non-financial backgrounds  
• Initiating and managing optimisation projects and tools to enhance FP&A discipline across all DPP&ET  

The position is based in Taastrup. 

Qualifications 

To succeed in this role, we imagine you: 

• Hold a Master’s degree within Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline 
• Experience in finance controlling and/or partnering 
• Serve as a trusted business partner, demonstrating strong stakeholder management and networking skills 
• Exhibit a process-oriented mindset, displaying interest in mapping, streamlining, and optimizing processes 
• Possess solid experience with the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel, along with ERP systems, preferably SAP 
• Showcase proficiency in both written and verbal English, along with good communication and presentation skills

About the department 
You will report to the Head of Finance and be a part of the business finance track, focusing on developing and driving operational financial management.
