Senior Frontend Developer 12 Months Contract

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a talented Senior Frontend Developer for a 12-month contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative web applications and enhance user experiences across various platforms.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing user interface components using modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React or Vue.js.
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Integrating APIs and services to create dynamic and responsive applications.
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in frontend development.
• Participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to project planning and estimation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Vuex.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for building inclusive web applications.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with backend technologies (Node.js or similar).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
