Our mission is to make searching for information and knowledge in companies easy with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Our AI-powered natural language search tools use state-of-the-art deep learning models to greatly outperform existing keyword-based corporate search tools like Elasticsearch or Solr. With Raffle, users can write natural sentences like ‘my couch is broken, how do I return it?’ and receive the appropriate piece of information in exchange.
We integrate with platforms where businesses keep their knowledge and documents and provide seamless knowledge syncing and ML model retraining so the updated information always is available to the end-users. This is in part enabled by scalable microservice-based backend infrastructure, built on cutting-edge tools like Go, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.
