Senior Fullstack Engineer

Tembi's Market Intelligence platform connects data from multiple industries and uses advanced analytics to create tailored market insights and predictions for various industries. From relocation predictions to i.e. company growth projections, Tembi provides users with actionable market analyses to discover new growth and sales opportunities. With Tembi, B2B companies gain a better overview and understanding of their market's development. They use the data and insights to make more informed strategic decisions, and execute on them with Tembi's lead generation solution.

Location: The role is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. You need to be on location four days per week. Our office is located 5 min walk from Nørreport station.

Who are you?

Now we are looking for a fullstack engineer to help us design and build products that will help our customers gain even more value from data, analytics & AI. Our frontend stack is Vue.js supported by a backend written in Node.js. Your work will be directly customer facing i.e. besides your technical skills you must also have a good eye for detail and know what good looks like to make sure our products are usable by everyone.

On a day-to-day basis you will be a key-player in our agile development process. You will be part of sprint planning, customer demos, team retrospectives and also support the PO in setting the right product vision and road map. We want to take new ideas to our customers quickly and measure the outcome to make sure we create the right value.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services

• Implement intuitive user interfaces and ensure seamless user experiences

• Optimise application performance for both frontend and backend systems

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to define, architect, and build new customer-facing features

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical roadmap planning
  

Skills needed:

• 5+ years of experience building software in a product team

• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular

• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and Express

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
  
  

Responsibilities

• Frontend and backend development for our products from the Copenhagen office

• Plan, design & build new features for our different products

• Close collaboration with the commercial team, product owner and other engineers on building user facing features

• Presenting new features to stakeholders and the commercial team in demo sessions

• Creating frontend UI components with Vue

Experience in below will be an advantage:

• Experience with Python

• Knowledge of optimizing relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

• Knowledge of containers & cloud infrastructure

• Creating automated testing to secure quality

• Running CI/CD pipelines for swift deployment

• Measuring customer value (Google analytics, tag manager etc)

Application process:

The application process begins with a review by our team. Following this, candidates will undergo interviews conducted via voice or video calls. Successful candidates will then be invited for an in-person interview where they will have the opportunity to meet the team to ensure a good fit. During this process there may be a technical test and TT38 personality test. We care about finding the right person for the job with best fit for the team. The final stage includes contract negotiations. The entire hiring process is expected to take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.
