As the Senior Global Brand Manager Lurpak®, you will work alongside 5 passionate marketers. Reporting to the Global Brand VP, you will have a global perspective when driving this iconic brand from strategy to implementation of new initiatives. Lurpak® has an ambitious growth agenda based on geographical expansion as well as continued growth in its core markets. In this role, you will have maximum visibility throughout the organization and equal impact.
You will create profitable growth for the brand across the globe – with a specific focus on the Middle East, one of the most important Lurpak® markets. In overview, your primary tasks will be to:
Contribute to global brand vision, strategy and plans Lead Lurpak Sustainability – from implementation of current strategy and initiatives and up to shaping the future Act as Business Partner to one of the key Lurpak® markets, follow up on strategy alignment, performance and champion initiatives needed for brand growth in the market Develop key Innovations in our pipeline – from beginning till the end including launch plans Develop campaigns from briefing stage to delivery of final communication assets in the form of global 360 campaign toolkits that work across geographies – by leading and partnering with other Lurpak® Global Brand Managers Secure strategic alignment across key stakeholders Manage and lead internal and external agency relationships What will make you successful
You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Economics or similar and have between 5 and 10 years’ brand management experience. You are passionate about brands and enjoy the entire journey from gathering consumer insights through strategy development to creating breakthrough communication and innovation. Further you:
Have a passion about Sustainability and future of the planet and have experience in integrating this mindset into your work Have strong strategic and analytical skills combined Have a global and outgoing mind-set that enables you to work with people across cultures and to create strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders Are commercially driven, and you know how to translate consumer needs into measurable business results.
