Key Responsibilities
: Develop and Design Training: Create various types of training programs tailored to meet the needs of all employees globally. Collaborate with Experts: Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop course content and assessments that meet learning objectives and compliance requirements. Manage Training Projects: Oversee training projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS): Deliver, track, and report on training and performance metrics using LMS. Conduct Evaluations: Perform evaluations and assessments of training programs to ensure effectiveness and facilitate continuous improvement. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of learning trends, technologies, and best practices in Health & Safety training. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field. 3+ years of experience in instructional design and training development. Basic knowledge of Health & Safety. Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS). Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent at seeing processes from a high-level perspective and translating them into training programs. Structured and analytical with strong ownership of tasks from planning to execution and follow-up. Personal Attributes: Communicate effectively with diverse job groups and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. The department is Novo Nordisk's Centre of Excellence in the field of Health & Safety with around 50 dedicated colleagues.
