The position
As their new Senior High Voltage Site Engineer in their Renewables Division, you will play a crucial part in their Site Operations Team, comprised of highly skilled and experienced power engineers. With one of the largest project portfolios in the offshore substations worldwide, we are proud to be market leaders in our industry.
In this role, you will supervise teams of 1-15 members in the installation, testing and commissioning of high voltage projects while getting hands-on with the construction of high voltage components. You will act as the vital link between their HQ engineering team and onshore construction sites and have the exciting opportunity to develop your project management skills in an international environment.

Your tasks & responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading the high voltage scope of the projects, overseeing time and budget management, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure the project’s successful completion.

The position is full time, and you can expect a 5 days work week at site – our construction sites are currently based in Aalborg, and you will be compensated with a fixed supplement for expected overtime. Moreover, this position requires a lot of traveling to sited, so you should expect around 150-200 travel days for work annually.
