Hydraulic Prototype Testing

We are looking for an expert in hydraulics development and testing, preferably with experience from R&D, who has the skill and motivation to drive smaller projects and testing of hydraulics and fuel injection systems that are key components in MAN B&W two-stroke engine technology.

Welcome to Hydraulic Prototype Testing
You will join the Hydraulic Prototype Testing Department within the functional area Hydraulics and Injection Development which is responsible for developing fuel injection/admission concepts and design prototypes for fuel equipment, hydraulic components and systems. The team is testing new components and systems, in particular fuel injection systems and exhaust valve actuation. We test on both physical real-sized test-rigs and on prototype engines including measurements, data analysis, documentation and feedback. In our Research Center Copenhagen (RCC), we have a dedicated hydraulic prototype testing facility including a workshop, where we build-up new test-rigs and run test campaigns in a controlled environment.
