As Senior Investor Relations Manager, you will work in close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to enhance ISS’ credibility in the financial markets while at the same time increase your colleagues understanding of the external view of the company.

Main purpose of the position :

In Investor relations our main purpose is to ensure that the financial markets at all points in time have sufficient information and transparency to price ISS’ shares effectively.

Investor Relations play an important role in maximizing the external credibility of the company and the executive management team. In addition, it is important that the Investor Relations Manager act as a business partner internally to make sure feedback and information from external stakeholders are filtered through to the broader organisation.

What you’ll do:

Be an integrated part of the preparation of material used in/for investor communication (annual and interim reports as well as trading updates, investor presentation, company announcements, capital markets days, annual general meetings etc.).

Engage actively in the execution and planning of investor events (roadshows, investor and analyst meetings etc.).

Ensure that the dialogue and disclosures given to the market and external counterparts are compliant.

Play an active role in preparing and supporting the Executive Group Management team in their communication with and to the financial markets.

Ensure all information provided at the ISS investor webpage and other channels are accurate at all points in time.

Who you’ll work with:

Investor Relations and all Group Finance teams

Various stakeholders across the Group (Strategy, Commercial, Operations, Regional and Country organisations)

Executive Group Management team

Key qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience within finance roles or considerable experience from commercial or operational roles.

Strong knowledge of various finance functions (accounting, controlling, operational finance etc.). Additional operational or commercial competences are beneficial.

Keen interest in the financial markets – specific experience is an advantage but not a requirement

Good communication skills both oral and written, particularly in English

Strong skills in PowerPoint presentation design and solid Excel know-how

Strong work ethic with a proactive and structured workstyle, focus on details and able to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
