Senior IT Applications Support Consultant with SAP skills

As part of the Global Applications team, you are responsible for daily operations and 2nd level support of different Deloitte global and local internal applications (mainly SAP solutions). The overall focus for you as a new member of the team will be maintenance and support: troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, raising and prioritizing change requests in the ongoing development of our SAP platform (but not limited to), and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional end-user support through our ServiceNow portal
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software applications
• Raise complex issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary and make sure they are resolved
• Participate in regular maintenance/upgrades as well as implementation projects
• Create and maintain documentation of support activities
• Collaborate with other business support teams (Finance, HR, QRS, etc.) to share knowledge and improve support processes

We are seeking a positive, open-minded, and highly organized IT Applications Support Consultant who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. This role demands excellent communication skills. You must have a high proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as we operate within an international organization.

Furthermore, we imagine that you have:

• Relevant higher education IT degree or experience from a similar job
• 3-5 years of practical experience as a software application supporter
• Experience in the development/implementation/support of SAP modules
• Business understanding, are proactive and take ownership of your own tasks
• Ability to navigate well in a cross-country team across areas of responsibility
• Residency and work permit in Denmark
