As our Senior IT-Supporter, you will be taking part in the daily operations in our onsite IT-Support team situated in Stilling. You will play an important role in elevating our onsite IT support towards outstanding customer service. By setting an example and acting as a mentor to your colleagues, you will help establish high standards for our team.

As the team is newly established, you will have a unique chance to influence the way we conduct onsite IT support. Therefore, you will receive thorough training in our systems and processes, as these are key elements in our operations.
Meet your future team
With a direct reference to our Head of Digital Workplace, you will join our newly established team, Digital Workplace. The team is responsible for ensuring our colleagues have the technologies they need to work efficiently and effectively. Therefore, the team is divided into two specialized groups. You will be joining our onsite IT Support Team, a smaller, close-knit group that handles the purchasing preparation, handover, troubleshooting and repair of IT equipment. The team works closely with our colleagues in the IT Service Center Team in Spain, who manage most of the first-line support. We thrive in an informal tone and value daily sparring sessions to foster growth and collaboration.
