Senior Leadership Development Manager, People & Culture
We have embarked on an exciting new journey to redefine leadership at GN, and we are looking for a new colleague who can join us in shaping this transformative path.
At GN, we recognize that strong leadership is key to executing our strategy and delivering exceptional service to our customers. With our newly launched Leadership Commitments, you’ll play a vital role in bringing these principles to life.
You will manage and optimize our leadership development programs for impactful results, collaborating with your team and external partners to enhance existing programs and create innovative new ones.
Additionally, you will work alongside other Centers of Excellence in Group People & Culture, including ‘Diversity, Equity & Inclusion’, ‘Compensation & Rewards’, and ‘Talent Attraction’, to maximize synergies across the employee lifecycle.
Finally, you will also serve as a trusted partner to our People & Culture Business Partner community and senior management on leadership development initiatives.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be reporting to the Vice President of People, Systems & Organizational Development, Lea Goldin Green Pein.
What we are looking for the following experience:
Designing, leading and facilitating leadership and people programs
Leading, facilitating, and hosting workshops and conferences
Working with internal global stakeholders
Team development and dynamics
Preferably you are certified in Hogan assessments and LVI 360
