Today, we are advancing programs in Endocrinology Rare Disease and Oncology. In addition, we collaborate with partners around the world on the development of TransCon-based products for other therapeutic areas and markets.

We are seeking our newest member in the Business Finance team. As our new Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our Innovative Business Models. You will get the opportunity to work with internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders to understand needs and help develop impactful projects.

When joining the Business Finance team you will report to Jacob Nielsen, VP of Business Finance and work closely with skilled people both within Finance and with colleagues in our R&D organization. You will be part of a team with colleagues in Denmark and in the US.

What will my responsibilities be?

• You will be the main finance drive for the financials related to external collaboration for Development and Commercialization of TransCon® Technology-based Products
• You will manage the financials with partners based on collaboration agreements
• Assessing the different set-ups in relation to the business models
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and skills

To succeed in the position, we expect you to have a solid financial toolbox and business partnering experience.

You have either experience from the pharma/MedTech/life-science industry or a natural curiosity for the R&D area

• You are well-structured and approach your work with a forward-thinking attitude.
• You are excited about challenging your peers and not afraid to ask questions.
• You can translate complex models into simple language and get people onboard.
• You are eager to learn and want to develop.
