The Position
As Senior Manager for our NPI team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the PMs to succeed with their projects. Working with a highly skilled team of Senior Program Managers and Directors, you will play a key role in aligning drug, device, and production for all future Novo Nordisk products entering the market.
To succeed in this role, you will need to prioritize the development and implementation of robust processes and frameworks that support the effective execution of projects. Balancing this with empowering talented project managers to make on-the-spot decisions and lead their teams in their unique ways is crucial. You will be responsible for growing and developing the PMs while being the primary driver of new standards in project and stakeholder management.

You will join a crucial department where you'll play a key role in launching all Novo Nordisk products, gaining insights from early development to long-term strategic planning, and collaborating with a team of highly skilled professionals across various areas.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we imagine you have:
Experience from pharma/medical device industry and knowledge of design control, device development, production, or supply chain is a plus.
As a leader, you are highly motivated with a passion for people development, processes and projects. You have the ability to balance standardization with letting strong PMs run freely. You have experience presenting to and engaging with senior management.
About the Department
Device Development (DD), part of Finished Product MSAT, holds the design responsibility for Novo Nordisk’s medical devices and delivery systems and is the link between Development and Production.
In Device Development, the main task is to drive the introduction of new Novo Nordisk products into market while we maintain and continue the development of variants on our marketed device and product platforms. Our deliverables are directly impacting our capability to deliver to markets, entry to new markets, and stay in market.
You will be joining the NPI & LCM (Life Cycle Management) Projects department, which consist of 30+ PMs and Program Managers. It is the project and portfolio office of DD and holds the responsibility of our NPI and LCM project portfolios.
