The position
As the Senior Manager for Capacity Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for overseeing the Capacity & Analysis area within FPM, including defining production capabilities, providing decision support to FPM Management on capacity topics and planning decisions.

This team are focusing on mid and long-term capacity planning, holding responsibility across all finished production therapy areas in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of setting up and running capacity planning processes across SVP areas, and adeptly scale these processes in line with Novo Nordisk's growth. The ability to manage complexity is crucial, necessitating substantial functional experience. You will represent FPM in global supply chain processes and have a deep grasp of the production processes we represent. This knowledge allows you to identify and navigate production process bottlenecks effectively.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:
Relevant Supply Chain experience from a global production environment will be considered an advantage.
Furthermore, you have an innovative mindset with a curiosity to understand production and products, along with problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. Experience in coaching, facilitation, and handling multiple tasks, coupled with a self-driven and result-oriented attitude, would be advantageous for this role.
About the department
PS Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) is the organisational unit within Product Supply that is responsible for the manufacturing of all finished products, including devices, needles, assembly, and packaging. Our primary goal is to ensure that all finished products are assembled and packed to the highest standards before distribution to people living with serious chronic diseases.
The Capacity Planning & Analytics team is responsible for mid, and long-term capacity planning strategies in collaboration with the Manufacturing Strategy team. Within the Finished Product Manufacturing processes, we own the capacity across FPM, AM, ET, and the new initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and optimal production performance.
