The position


As a Senior Manager for Production Support at Novo Nordisk, you will:
•    Build up the organisation for operations and define roles and responsibilities.
•    Lead the transformation from the project phase into operations.
•    Manage projects and programmes related to general business requirements and specialised areas.
•    Plan, organise, and control resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
•    Oversee project management including scheduling, resource allocations, and budget for manufacturing projects.
•    Develop new organization from project phase and develop plant operating procedures.
•    Coordinate project activities to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met.
•    Implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods.

 

Qualifications


We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
•    Proven experience in project and programme management within a manufacturing environment.
•    Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive transformation and change.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with employees and stakeholders.
•    Experience in implementing process improvements and managing budgets.
•    A proactive approach to continuous improvement and change management.
•    A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

 

About the department


Our department is committed to living and leading by the essentials in NN WAY behaviours. We ensure that PS strategies are implemented and anchored in our department and the 25L project organisation. The department will consist of are as Clean utility, Black utility, Chemicals and EM. We practice change management and cLEAN leadership tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Our team is responsible for setting and sharing goals, ensuring the right competences and training plans, and maintaining clear communication and collaboration. We manage the investment and cost budget within our department, striving for excellence in all processes.
