The position
As our new Finished Product (FP) Senior Manager for Automation, you will have the opportunity to: Lead a team of highly skilled automation specialists and project managers in driving the execution of automation projects across sites worldwide Make data-driven decisions and compromises with stakeholders across engineering, quality, sites, and suppliers, ensuring clarity and transparency on benefits, risks, and consequences Ensure seamless integration of new facilities on site and collaborate closely with the DMD organization to deliver projects on time Act as the project lead on automation, working closely with DMD, sites, and suppliers Be responsible for the FP automation site schedule, strong stakeholder relationships with DMD, alignment of OT Systems deliverables with the Cross-OT team, and standardization across FP Automation Drive collaboration with sites during all phases of the program, focusing on quality, efficient delivery, and successful transition to operations Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in either Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and computer, Information- and communication technology or similar field Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse areas and backgrounds to co-create solutions that drive value Significant experience in leading industrial automation projects, with a preference for experience in greenfield projects You act as a role model in living Novo Nordisk values Strong understanding of SCADA/PLC/MES environments, communication protocols, OT/IT architectures, and cybersecurity best practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities Independent and effective work style, ensuring tasks are completed while being an excellent teammate and leader in project teams About the department Fill & Finish Expansions is a new department located in Lyngby, Denmark. Our ambition is to design and build future-proof Fill&Finish production facilities, by establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable the facilities to digitally evolve.
