Senior Manager in Quality Processes

The position

is anchored in Bagsværd and you will refer to the Director of Quality Processes. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess the following: Extensive managerial experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, coach and motivate employees to deliver their best. Hold a M.Sc. in engineering, pharmacy or related field, coupled with substantial experience in quality assurance within pharmaceutical production. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, resulting in creation of robust outcomes by engaging employees to take pride in achieving their objectives. Essential proficiency in clear communication and collaboration, including fluency in spoken and written English. As a person with a strong business perspective, you comprehend both the quality and production businesses, and possess the strategic acumen to balance quality, delivery, and cost. You are at ease when challenged by senior stakeholders in making decisions on quality processes, leveraging your high level of personal integrity and robustness to integrate diverse viewpoints within the decision-making process. About the department Quality Processes, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for maintaining and continuously developing the core quality processes and their supporting IT systems (NovoGlow) in Novo Nordisk. We are responsible for ensuring that our processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements and that they operate as smoothly as possible. The department covers several quality processes including Deviations, Change Control, CAPA, QMR, QRM, and Metrology.
