The position
As a senior manager, your primary responsibility will be managing the project manager team and deploying IT/OT solutions on new manufacturing lines. Our project portfolio is expanding to include development and implementation projects, which calls for new skill sets and methods.
Other key responsibilities will be focused on:
Managing the Project Office team of highly skilled project managers and Senior Project Managers.
Responsible for setting the direction for cross-functional projects (investment and non-investment)
Department Project portfolio responsibility
Promoting cooperation and efficient communication between internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we imagine you have:
A BSc and/or MSc degree in Engineering or any other related field
Experience within Automation / IT / OT is preferred.
Extensive project management experience, driving large projects with several stakeholders involved
A structured approach to your work and a solution-oriented mindset, embodying the inspiration needed to drive impactful change and success
Professional proficiency in English
It will be considered an advantage if you have experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

About the department
Global Intra Logistics & Future Operational Technology is a growing department, within Device Manufacturing Development, consisting of highly skilled people in the domain of vision, MI, robotics, automation, intralogistics, transportation, and project execution. We are an innovative department who strives to meet complex needs in the Novo Nordisk production facilities. By utilizing the capabilities and skills in our department, we ensure that Novo Nordisk gain the benefits of modern technology and stay at the forefront of manufacturing technology.
You will be joining our Project Executing team, which develops and implements the newest technologies and most exciting solutions at Novo Nordisk sites across the world. We stand out as one of the liveliest and most diverse teams you can find, with experts and project managers from various educational backgrounds. At work, although ambitions are high, we try to keep a light and informal tone.
You will be a fully-fledged member of the team from day one, and we will train and onboard you with great care.
