Senior Manager, Transformation Office Lead

NKT is embarking a great transformation project that aims to merge three existing ECC platforms to ONE unified S/4Hana platform. 

We are building up from the beginning and are looking for a great team to drive the program in close collaboration with the business. This is a great opportunity to join a program with huge potential at the very beginning.

We have an ambition to deliver a new SAP base to support the growth of NKT during a multi-phased 4-year program. The program will introduce new technology, new platforms and new business templates.

To support and engage in this we have establish a new position as Senior Manager, Transformation Office Lead, reporting directly to the Director responsible for the SAP transition project. 

Deliver first class SAP program hands-on governance together with your team
You will be leading the new ‘Transformation Office’ and be the right hand of the Director. As an experienced and hands-on ‘Transformation Lead’ you will develop and maintain governance framework that defines roles, responsibilities, decision making processes and reporting structures. 

It will be your responsibility to establish and implement control processes as: planning & reporting, risk & issue management, action & decision management, scope management, resource management and deliverable tracking & state gate control.

You will join Group IT which has global responsibility, and our skilled employees represent multiple nationalities, working out of both HQ in Broendby, Denmark and our plant locations throughout Europe.

 
This role will be placed at our HQ in Broendby, Greater Copenhagen Area, Denmark together with rest of the ‘ONE ERP Program’ team. 

20-30 days of travel, primarily within Europe, is to be expected.
