The position
As a Senior Manager within Operational Readiness, you will have the opportunity to build an organisation while you drive the leadership of our operational readiness programme. “Operational Readiness” means preparing the organisation for operations by having developed standards, systems and well-defined processes. About the department
The Senior Manager Operational Readiness is part of the M3 project, Novo Nordisk’s largest investment project to date. The project is located in Kalundborg, Denmark, where we design and build future API facilities as multi-product facilities. The M3 team is a diverse group of approximately 300 talented colleagues from over 30 different national backgrounds. Joining this fast-growing organization, you will connect with a network of skilled professionals from across the organization, sharing knowledge about best practices and receiving input for future plans and solutions.
