Kahoot! is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Pre-Sales to elevate our Sales Engineering efforts. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team while engaging directly with Enterprise customers to showcase the value of Kahoot! You’ll be both a visionary and a hands-on contributor—shaping the strategy of the pre-sales team and working closely with clients to deliver impactful product demos and tailored solutions that highlight the power of our platform.

Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Collaborate closely with the sales teams to understand customer requirements, sales goals and strategies.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during customer interactions, presentations, demonstrations and taking lead on tenders.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Assist in creating tailored solutions or proposals to address customer needs and requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback from customer interactions and market trends, sharing key customer needs with the product team to improve our positioning.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services, as well as industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Keep the Pre-Sales team updated on product updates, enhancements, and new features, ensuring they are well-equipped to effectively position and demonstrate the products to customers.
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and coach the Pre-Sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to effectively support the sales process.
- Set clear strategy, goals and objectives for the team, and provide guidance on how to achieve them.
- Monitor the KPIs that are set up for the Pre-Sales team and make sure we are on track to achieve the goals.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to management on Pre-Sales activities, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 5 years in Pre-Sales roles within SaaS or tech companies, particularly with medium complex enterprise-level deals.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Proactive and organized, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross functionally, drive improvement initiatives and successfully manage projects.
- Deep understanding of the sales and pre-sales processes, from strategic planning through to execution.
- Solution-oriented and analytical mindset, with strong skills in accurately assessing customer needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex value propositions to key stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
