Senior Manager Warehouse

Right now, we are looking for a Senior Manager for Warehouse - Business Support to join Novo Nordisk Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) Hillerød, which is the workplace for more than 1300 dedicated Novo Nordisk employees. Here we launch the newest products incl. Awiqli® and produce the well-known Ozempic® and Wegovy®.
AM Hillerød consists of all processes from formulation of the specific product, filling and inspecting the product, assembly into pens, packaging to orders and shipping the product out of the site towards the patients across the World.

The position
You will be responsible for the Warehouse with five direct references (Associate Managers) covering a total of approx. 100 employees. 
 

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead and coach the leadership team and department in succeeding with day-to-day tasks as well as setting the long term strategic direction.
• Actively participate in relevant projects related to expansion, capacity, performance, security and safety, where you have the opportunity to learn, get inspired and contribute with your know-how. 
• Be part of the AM Business Support  Management where other qualified and experienced leaders strive for our common purpose to support the production and implement Novo Nordisk strategies in AM Hillerød, which right now calls for scaling to reach many more patients across the World.

Qualifications 
To succeed in this position:

• You are passionate about pharmaceutical production and supporting in every way to deliver high quality products to our patients.
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within pharmacy, engineering, business administration or similar and preferable some years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry.
• You have extensive leadership experience.
• You use your excellent cooperation skills when you manage your stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure we reach solutions that will meet both requirements and stakeholder interests. 
• You are well-organized, independent and have a flexible but firm approach.

As we work in a global business environment, we expect you to be proficient in English, in speech as well as in writing. 
 

As a person, you are professional and dedicated by nature. You are constructive and full of initiative and thrive in a challenging and fast environment full of ambitious people. You have excellent implementation skills, and in your mind no assignment is too big or too small for you to take on.
 

About the department
The department is primarily divided into four areas:

• Aseptic Production Warehouse: Goods receipt of all materials related to our Aseptic Production in 25B as well as shipping of semi-finished goods.
• Inbound Warehouse: Goods receipt of all materials to our FP lines (Assembly and Packaging).
• Outbound Warehouse: Shipping of finished goods from our FP Lines (Assembly and Packaging).
• Recycling Warehouse: Waste Handling and shipping for both Aseptic Production and FP Production.
