As our new Senior Operational Risk Manager, you will enable that the team reflects as a true Center of Expertise by reaching goals for the Operational Risk LOD2 activities. The areas of expertise include:
Operational risks: Assess, quantify, challenge, and monitor operational risks, train the organization on the management of risks and advice on policies and actions related to each operational risk type.
Internal Controls framework: Bringing our Internal Control Framework with respect to operational risk management to a next level, driving process and control improvements, bringing risks within appetite.
Internal Control awareness: Proposing solutions/improvements and initiating Control Framework related actions and provide input for training to embed across ALD.
Process improvements: Proposing solutions/improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
The team assess and report all operational- and business risks to enable the Senior Management to monitor their overall risk profile.
