About the Role 

As a Senior Organisational Change Partner, you will develop and execute change and communication strategies that drive awareness and adoption of DD&IT initiatives. In December, Novo Nordisk acquired three production sites and a commercial entity from Catalent – Europe’s largest acquisition in the pharma business to date. In this role, you will oversee the governance of the transition service agreements for these sites, working closely with various functions across multiple workstreams as part of our newly established Business Integration function in DD&IT Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing – the IT function enabling IT at 11 of Novo Nordisk’s production sites placed across four continents.  

 

You will be supporting the IT Integration of these three sites into the Novo Nordisk Operating model – currently it is a project including multiple sub-projects and workstreams across all three sites and across several functions in DD&IT, interacting cross-functionally with teams across Novo Nordisk. The project is high-paced, dynamic and ever changing, currently involving +30 people and growing. You will be reporting to the IT Business integration lead.  

 

In this role you will: 

  • Develop and implement OCM strategies: Design and execute change management frameworks that support digital transformation and integration efforts. 
  • Lead communication efforts: Create communication plans and clear, engaging, and targeted communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and digital content, driving change. 
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, project managers, and functional teams to ensure smooth change adoption and effective knowledge transfer. 
  • Drive end-user adoption: Support employees and teams through transitions by developing training materials, facilitating workshops, and ensuring readiness for new systems and processes. 
  • Monitor change impact and feedback: Assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and communication strategies, gathering insights to improve future implementations. 
  • Ensure collaboration across Novo Nordisk: Act as a key point of contact for OCM activities, working closely with teams in DD&IT, BSI, and the acquired company to maintain a unified approach. 

 

Your Qualifications 

To be successful in this role we envision you have: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, business administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience managing senior-level stakeholders. 
  • Strong expertise in OCM, communication, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Experience working in IT environments and driving end-user adoption. 
  • Ability to design communication materials and facilitate workshops. 
  • Experience in global organizations, balancing local and central needs. 
  • Prosci ADKAR certification (preferred). 

 

As a person, you are a strong communicator and strategic thinker who excels in managing change in complex environments. You thrive in high-pressure situations, adapt easily to evolving challenges, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives ensures engagement and alignment across the organization. 

 

About the Team 

You will be part of Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT), a global community of 3,500 colleagues driving digital transformation at Novo Nordisk. Your role will require interaction with Senior Leadership, IT Integration Teams, Project Leads, Directors, and Business Integrations leadership teams. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure transparency and visibility on integration activities through structured communication and engagement efforts.
