Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – where the views don’t get any better. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel approximately 10-15 days per year.

Strong planning competence are at the very heart of this success." – [Henrik Løbner Rosenberg], [Senior Director, Engineering & Projects].Your tasks & responsibilitiesAs a Senior Planner, you will take on significant responsibility in project scheduling and resource management, working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:- Building comprehensive project schedules, including milestones and timelines, using critical path methodology.
- Ensuring clear responsibility and ownership of project outcomes via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Ensuring schedules align with project execution plans and control strategies, with periodic updates.
- Facilitating schedule discussions with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Challenging and suggesting alternative execution sequences to optimize project timelines.
- Supporting resource forecasting and ensuring allocation aligns with project changes.
Your profile & qualificationsWe are looking for a proactive and organized Senior Planner who is passionate about project planning and execution within the energy industry. You have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work and are eager to contribute to innovative solutions in the energy transition.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:- Work experience in project planning and time management.
- A technical education relevant to the energy industry.
- Extensive experience with project planning tools such as Primavera or equivalent.
- A solid understanding of project management processes.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
