Are you passionate about project planning and scheduling? Do you want to play a key role in a global program that aims to standardize and optimize inspection processes across multiple sites? Then you might be our new Senior Program Planner for the CVT Program at Novo Nordisk.

The Position
The CVT Program is a global initiative aimed at delivering seven standardized inspection machines across various Novo Nordisk sites worldwide. The program's goal is to ensure that all sites adhere to a unified set of user requirements and operational standards throughout the equipment's lifecycle. The global team, primarily based in Denmark, sup-ports local teams at each site, providing guidelines, direction, and governance to ensure successful implementation and operation. As part of this program, you will work closely with the global team, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve the program's objectives, ensuring a standardized approach to delivery and operation. This role is crucial in main-taining the program's schedule, managing resources, and mitigating risks to deliver the project on time and within budget.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, aligning them with pro-gram goals and requirements.

  • Regularly update and analyze project schedules, monitor progress through KPIs, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to allocate resources effec-tively, ensuring optimal workforce productivity.

  • Act as the primary liaison between local teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, en-suring alignment with program objectives and contractual obligations.

  • Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the program, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.

  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to internal and external stakehold-ers, highlighting key milestones, risks, and action plans.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices.

  • Good level of English, both written and oral.

  • Knowledge of scheduling best practices and standards.

  • Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.

As a person, you have a business outlook with the ability to combine technology and drive innovation. You see yourself as a curious individual who enjoys working in a team to create new solutions. You possess strong analytical skills with experience in schedule analysis and forecasting. Furthermore, you have excellent written and verbal communi-cation skills, a natural flair for making things simplistic when interacting with stakehold-ers cross-functionally, and are highly organized with strong attention to detail. You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the department
You will be part of the global CVT team based in Denmark, supporting local teams at various Novo Nordisk sites worldwide. The global team is responsible for the overarching program, ensuring a standardized way of delivering and operating the inspection ma-chines. You will work closely with local teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve the program's objectives.
