Senior Portfolio Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Portfolio Analyst to assist the VP of Customer Engagement Solutions with handling of the portfolio of projects and systems in the area. The Senior Portfolio Analyst will have a central role in the day-to-day operations of the area and will closely support the Vice President with a broad array of tasks. A large part of the responsibilities will be to manage the area’s financials and coordinate procurement processes including negotiations in collaboration with the procurement function.

About the Position
As Senior Portfolio Analyst your key responsibilities will be:
•    Financial management of a large portfolio of systems, services and projects, including controlling and preparation of budgets.
•    Coordination of procurement processes in collaboration with the procurement function.
•    Support the VP of Customer Engagement Solutions in other central tasks related to the area e.g. communication, and preparation of reports and presentations.

Qualifications
We imagine the ideal candidate will have most of the following skills: 
•    Master’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Experience in cost- and budget management.
•    Experience with vendor management and negotiation.
•    Experience working in and navigating large and complex organizations.
 

You are ambitious about your role and career and interested in growing your skills.

About the department
You will report to the Vice President of Customer Engagement Solutions in the global DD&IT unit based in Søborg, Denmark. The area consists of ~20 highly skilled professionals all working with customer engagement technology. The area is responsible for the IT systems and projects within customer engagement globally in Novo Nordisk, and work in close partnership with the sister organization in Bangalore, India.
