We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic development and lifecycle management of our advanced robotics product lines. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure that our solutions address customer needs while maintaining a competitive edge.
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, for cutting-edge robotic solutions.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for new product features and enhancements, focusing on automation, precision, and efficiency.
Work with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and drive customer-centric product innovation.
Define and manage product roadmaps, balancing long-term vision with the agility to respond to market trends and customer demands.
Partner with engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications and product requirements.
Manage the lifecycle of existing products, identifying areas for improvement or opportunities for new feature development.
Drive go-to-market strategies for new products, including positioning, pricing, and product messaging.
Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a focus on robotics, automation, or related high-tech industries.
Strong technical background, with an understanding of robotics systems, software integration, and hardware development.
Ability to synthesize complex technical requirements into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
A proven track record of successfully launching innovative products to market.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience working with AI, machine learning, or IoT technologies.
Familiarity with industry-specific challenges in sectors like manufacturing, logistics, or retail automation.
