Your Mission 
As our new Senior Product Manager, you’ll take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand new public procurement platform. Leading the product strategy and roadmap for your cluster of four Scrum development teams, you will ensure our new SaaS platform achieves product-market fit. Working closely with the commercial department, you’ll align business goals with innovative solutions that create real value for our users.

Reporting directly to the Product Director, you’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative Product & Tech organization. You’ll work alongside highly skilled professionals across development, design, and product management in an international and inclusive environment, driving forward the vision for a transformative and user-focused platform.

Core Responsibilities  

• Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with the Product Director to define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals for the platform.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage Product Owners, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and a high-performing team culture.

• Requirement Definition & Oversight: Translate product strategies into actionable requirements (Epics) in close collaboration with Architects, UX Designers, and other stakeholders while overseeing high-quality deliverables across teams.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between leadership, stakeholders, and the Product team to ensure alignment of priorities and goals.

• Metrics & Agile Practices: Define and track key product metrics to measure success while championing Agile and SAFe principles to drive continuous improvement and collaboration.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, or comparable role within an Agile/SAFe environment, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting.

• A university degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• A history of successfully managing and mentoring Product Owners or cross-functional teams, with a demonstrated ability to deliver customer-centric solutions that achieve business outcomes.

• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and expertise with backlog management tools such as Jira.

• Fluency in English, plus proficiency in another customer language such as Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Dutch; knowledge of public procurement is an advantage.
