The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Coaching team—a team committed to empowering coaches with tools that enable them and their teams level up. Your work will focus on creating engaging experiences through video and insights derived from it, turning data into actionable improvements and assisting coaches unlock their team’s full potential.
Role Overview
As the Product Manager for the Coaching team, you’ll have an important role in shaping how Veo supports coaches in analyzing games, training sessions, and player performance. By leveraging video content and derived insights, you’ll design tools that empower coaches to make better decisions, enhance player development, and foster team success.
Key Responsabilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and implement a product strategy that engages coaches through video and actionable insights, aligning with Veo’s mission to level the playing field for all sports teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI teams to create innovative features that turn raw video footage into meaningful insights for coaches.
- Coach-Centric Innovation: Gather and analyze feedback from coaches and users to refine product offerings, ensuring they address real-world challenges and deliver measurable value.
- Data-Driven Development: Leverage Veo’s video and AI capabilities to deliver advanced analytics and insights that help coaches improve team performance and player development.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success, user engagement, and impact on coaching workflows.
- Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and demonstrate the value of Veo’s coaching tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-5 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, sports technology, or analytics-driven products
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful products that resonate with end-users.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and product alignment.
