We are expanding our product organisation around our customer self-service solutions with a new dedicated product team and you will play a key role in the establishment of the team and in setting the strategic product direction within how Vestas more efficiently can enable customers to easily find, download documents and content and ask questions about their Wind Turbines. The team will play a crucial role in supporting the Service organization to ensure an anticipated growth in Giga Watts and wind turbines under service and to enable our customers who require our support to operate their assets. The team will be designing and operating a Web UI on VestasOnline and be using latest AI & ML technologies to automate more customer inquiries and touchpoints and to timely provide valuable answers to our customers. In order to achieve Vestas' growth targets for the coming years a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally - is required. Digitalization is a key element of this shift in operation. The Digital Customer Channels & Experience department within Digital Solutions is responsible for building the digital customer channels including building products targeted to Vestas' customers as well as enabling other internal product teams across Vestas working on customer facing solutions. We are in the process of maturing our in-house led digital product teams who is responsible for designing, building, and continuously optimizing our digital products following a product-focused operating model. As our new Senior Product Manager for VestasOnline - Customer Power Plant Content & Knowledge sharing you will join a Product Department consisting of 2 Product Areas where Connected Channels currently consist of 4 product teams.

As Senior digital Product Manager for VestasOnline - Team Customer Power Plant Content & Knowledge sharing you will set the product vision for the product team. We work with product-led disciplines such as digital product strategy, continuous insights gathering and run tech & design spikes to foster a learning mindset and to validate assumptions before we prioritize and ship user value. We work in a product trio setup where you will be collaborating closely with your Lead engineer and Product Designer to craft and continuously improve your digital product. You will become part of a growth area and join a great collaborative and diverse department.

The role will be based in Aarhus, Denmark. No relocation or sponsorship cost is available for this position.
