We are seeking a passionate Senior Professional, IT Compliance member to join our IT Compliance competency team. You have a mindset and understanding of why compliance and quality matters, and you want to help your colleagues to succeed and understand why compliance and quality are key to our product deliverables.

You will join a team of 4 compliance specialists who will welcome you on board and see to that you get introduced to everything you need to know about regulations, training, test and validation planning and how to approach your tasks with a critical mindset. You will report directly to Henrik Aagaard Linnemann, Senior Director, IT Compliance. We:

• Support, advise and teach Global IT employees in the approach to IT system and data life cycle management
• Support Teams to ensure that IT Systems always are inspection ready
• Ensure alignment with IT QA in quality and compliance related matters
• Develop, implement, and improve IT QMS processes according to current legislation
• Identify areas for improvement to reduce excessive compliance from processes and procedures and to integrate the agile operating methodology
• Focus on creating a quality mindset and risk-based approach to software and data lifecycle management

Qualifications and Skills:

Perhaps you hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field and have recently finished your education and have up to 3 years of work experience, preferably in a regulated industry.You may have an agile certification and/or experience from an agile setup, and you excel in writing structured documents in English.

As a person you are self-driven and ready to take responsibility from day one. You are agile at heart, and you enjoy finding simple solutions to complex scenarios. You are openminded and have an interest in learning opportunities. You have a quality mindset and the aspiration to become a compliance expert

Furthermore, you have:

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GxP, GDPR, AI directive, ISO 27001).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A structured and pragmatic approach to Governance, Risk Management, and new technologies
• Preferably technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps

You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken.

Travel: 5-10days per year.
