The Position
As a Finished Product (Assembly & Pack) Senior Professional, you’ll work alongside specialists to transfer processes to our CMO partners, who handle manufacturing, assembly, and packaging for Novo Nordisk.
You’ll play a key role in implementing new products and processes at CMO sites, building expertise in NN processes and products, and providing technical support to ensure smooth external production operations.
In this position, you will:
The role focuses on CMO oversight from project phases to commercialization, involving broad international collaboration. You can expect 20-40 travel days per year, including trips to Europe and the US, to support our global activities.
You will become a part of an international, diverse and well-functioning team that enjoy solving problems in collaboration. Our main office is located in Søborg, Denmark.

About the Department
Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) Drug Product is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organisation. We are responsible for all Novo Nordisk contracts and license manufacturing of semi-finished and finished drug products to global markets. GCM monitors and controls the production handled by CMOs located in Central Europe, North America and in East Asia and ensures delivery of products from the CMOs to our respective customers. EMTO FP, bears the responsibility for the production facility including all equipment and the Quality Management System (QMS) at the CMOs throughout the TT project phase, and we work closely with our GCM Operations team.
