Oversee the global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, guiding the project from start to finish
Craft and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring they align with HR objectives and the broader digital transformation strategy
Serve as the key point of contact among business units, HR leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Lead change management efforts to facilitate the smooth adoption of new systems and processes, including overseeing communication, training, and documentation
Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical staff, HR professionals, and external consultants
Ensure compliance with data security and global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Proven success in managing global HRIS implementations, especially SAP SuccessFactors, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals), and familiarity with HR processes such as payroll, performance management, talent management, and employee data administration
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on achieving business outcomes and operational excellence
Advanced proficiency in English is essential for this role
Preferred experience in multinational settings, business transformation, HR digitalization projects, and managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
