The position
As a Senior Project Manager in Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for the project portfolio in a large capacity expansion program named Multivendor and together with Project Managers ensure smooth project execution. The responsibilities also include aligning capacity needs with the Strategic Supply Chain and ensuring the priorities are reflected in the master plan for the Multivendor Program. You will also play a key role in ensuring resources are in place when projects are prioritized, budgeting, governance, and vendor alignment to support successful project delivery.

Staying aware of shifting priorities is essential to ensure strategic alignment across teams together with strong stakeholder management both internally as externally.
Travel activities might occur in this role, with an average of 5-20 days per year.
Qualifications

Finished Products Manufacturing, Science and Technology (FPMSAT) is responsible for the industrialisation of all medical devices at Novo Nordisk. We are an end-to-end corporate organisation developing products for high volume production, establishing control strategy of the products, improving, and implementing the production equipment at the production sites in different parts of the world. Finally, it is our ambition to drive change by discovering and putting in practice novel digital solutions to our processes.
