The Position
As a Senior Project Manager you will be joining the Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) area, and you will play a crucial role within the Operational Standards organization. In the FFEx program, we are responsible for establishing new production facilities, where we will introduce a lot of new process equipment within Aseptic and Finish production, Intra Logistics and QC labs. In the Operational Standards organization we are responsible for making global standards for how to operate the new equipment, thereby developing and implementing a common global strategy for spare parts.
As a Senior Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
• Investigate, access and ensure that sites have the necessary spare parts ready for operation.
• Engage with the organization to gather information and insights, to access what would be the right approach to determine the most suitable approach for developing a future global Spare Part strategy.
• Once the Spare Part strategy is defined and approved, lead the implementation process.
• Plan, organize, and control resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
• Manage overall project activities including scheduling, resource allocations, and budget for manufacturing projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we expect you have:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven and always open to changing direction in order to implement the best solutions for the company.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.

The Maintenance Standard team is located in Lyngby. We work in close collaboration with the sites, to utilize the resources the best and ensuring we develop a product that works in daily operations.
