Senior Project Manager

The Position
As a Project Manager, you will play an essential role in overseeing direct project execution and development of project plans, including monitoring and control of project work. This involves ensuring the project stays within scope, quality, schedule, stakeholder management, and budget to deliver the desired outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Future QC building project, focusing on operation readiness and ensuring high business impact and cross-functional assignments and deliveries.
• Defining, managing, coordinating, facilitating, evaluating, and/or executing improvement projects across operation readiness in close cooperation with Line of Business ensuring compliance with QMS.
• Initiating projects in the current project portfolio management system and using PS PEM governance model.
• Negotiating project resources with LoB management and managing these resources during project execution.
• Presenting progress and risks to the governance group regularly and at gate passages.

Furthermore, you will be creating and leading the appropriate organization (e.g., steering committee, reference group, and project team) to ensure effective project execution and sustained outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring structured change management processes and aligning with other cross - PS projects to avoid conflicting activities.

The project will build a multi-functional QC laboratory at Novo Nordisk located on Hillerød and be the future workplace for many QC colleagues. Both shared facilities, stability, chemistry and microbial QC laboratories will be established, as well as development laboratories within these areas. When functional the laboratory will deliver analytical support to production units across Novo Nordisk covering products for treatment of diabetes, obesity, rare blood and endocrine disorders. The laboratories will be ready for our ambitious goals for QC Automation & Digitalisation.”

Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Academic degree within finance, natural sciences, business administration, or similar.
• Between 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Stakeholder management experience and excellent communication skills.
• QC experience would be considered an advantage.

As a person you possess strong strategic mindset, communication and cooperation skills. You have broad cultural understanding, good business and organizational knowledge, and comprehension of different regulatory requirements. Furthermore, you present proactive behaviour in identifying problems and solutions in various circumstances.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology.
