The Position
As a Project Manager, you will play an essential role in overseeing direct project execution and development of project plans, including monitoring and control of project work. This involves ensuring the project stays within scope, quality, schedule, stakeholder management, and budget to deliver the desired outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Furthermore, you will be creating and leading the appropriate organization (e.g., steering committee, reference group, and project team) to ensure effective project execution and sustained outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring structured change management processes and aligning with other cross - PS projects to avoid conflicting activities.
The project will build a multi-functional QC laboratory at Novo Nordisk located on Hillerød and be the future workplace for many QC colleagues. Both shared facilities, stability, chemistry and microbial QC laboratories will be established, as well as development laboratories within these areas. When functional the laboratory will deliver analytical support to production units across Novo Nordisk covering products for treatment of diabetes, obesity, rare blood and endocrine disorders. The laboratories will be ready for our ambitious goals for QC Automation & Digitalisation.”

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now.
