The position
The position is newly established, and you will be responsible for further developing and anchoring our project management processes, tools & templates in close collaboration with a large group of project directors that uses the tools & templates for their development and life cycle management projects. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement of existing processes and communicate it clearly to the project directors, ensuring an aligned way of working with aligned deliverables.

We are looking for a senior profile who has experience in developing and improving project management processes and tools & templates within pharmaceutical product development, who can ensure both implementation of new initiatives and continuously improving our existing processes, tools & templates.

About the department
You will be joining a highly skilled team working as “internal back-office support” to ensure project excellence across the large project director organization we support called Development Product Portfolio (DPP). DPP is an area established to improve Novo Nordisk’s ability to prioritise and develop our pipeline with a keen focus on product potential, manufacturability, scalability, as well as future capacity needs in close collaboration with Global Supply Chain.
You will join the DPP Excellence & Transformation team within DPP. Key purpose of the area is to support across the DPP with transforming and operating project processes, tools & templates, portfolio management and governance reporting.
