Moreover, to succeed in this role you have: • years of experience, delivering projects and coordinating across broad stakeholder landscapes preferably within pharma• Experience in an owner organization, working with engineering firms, contractors & manufacturers• Good understanding of the Project Management toolbox as well as Leadership skills. • Knowledge within GMP / execution of validation activities is needed• Confident communicator, comfortably addressing operators, managers and senior stakeholders• Professional proficiency in English. As a person you are reliable, loyal, structured and can motivate a team to deliver according to project objectives while securing a good, healthy and joyful working climate. You can lead through others and set clear objectives for a project team. You enjoy working according to tight deadlines and being a part of a dynamic team.
