Senior Project Manager, Engineering

The job

will be based in Kalundborg, Denmark, but some travel to our different global sites should be expected. Qualifications You have a proven track record of leading and delivering large and complex cross-functional (and possibly global) projects through development and execution. Preferably you have experience from the pharma or other regulated industries (food science, life science or energy industry). To be successful in this position, we expect you to have: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or any other relevant field Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including at senior leadership level Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams to achieve project goals Strong knowledge of project methodologies, tools and techniques PMP certification as well as other best practice certifications is an advantage English language proficiency On a personal level, you are proactive, self-driven and excel at driving projects within highly complex stakeholder set-ups, offering adept advisory and influencing skills at senior leadership levels, guiding projects to success despite conflicting interests. You have excellent negotiation and communication skills and ability to lead through crisis and high-pressure situations.
