Senior Project Manager with Code Refactoring
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with Code Refactoring for our client in the Industrial Sector. The primary task within this job is The Code Refactoring Senior Project Manager part, which is pivotal in securing coordination and managing dependencies, governing transition and transformation approaches in collaboration with architects and securing scheduling and execution of the transformation activities. The Senior Project Manager will secure overview and transparency, manage risks and escalations and drive mitigation and resolution across the application landscape.
Location: Mid Jutland, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES
- Minimum 5 years managing large-scale, multi-team technical projects with Agile, Scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe), or hybrid methodologies
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects involving the decomposition of monolithic systems into modular architectures
- 2+ years working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure Pipelines
- 3-5 years navigating complex technical and operational challenges with creative solutions
- Proven track record of owning large-scale initiatives, with 5+ years leading enterprise-level programs
- Hands-on experience managing budgets for enterprise programs, with at least 3 years in cost control and financial planning
- 3+ years of experience in resource allocation and balancing workloads for diverse technical teams
- 3-5 years experience identifying, mitigating, and managing risks in large technical programs
- 5+ years experience aligning tactical plans with strategic goals

- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Drive the transition and transformation activities across more than 40 applications in the transformation program
- Work closely with enterprise architects, program architect, solution architect, application owners, product teams and ART’s to secure definition, scoping, planning, coordination and execution of chosen transition and transformation approaches
