Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join a exciting project with our client in the renewable industry. More specifically, we are an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the execution of quality cases across the entire value chain – from problem-solving to field implementation.

Location: Mid Jutland, onsite 3 days.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Proven experience as a project manager focusing on quality and process improvements
• Strong technical understanding – preferably with experience in the wind industry
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, the 8D method, and quality processes is an advantage
• Experience within the wind industry is preferred
• Highly structured and execution-oriented with the ability to implement plans effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across different cultures and nationalities Humble, attentive, and skilled at building relationships
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start working in Denmark right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead quality projects from analysis and problem resolution to full implementation
• Ensure structured and effective project execution with a strong focus on delivery
• Collaborate across the organization to secure alignment and adoption of solutions
• Apply Six Sigma, the 8D method, and other quality tools to drive improvements
• Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization
