Your position
As Senior Project Manager in our Transitional Energies division, you will join a dedicated team of strong colleagues. The division spans three core areas: Projects, Service, and Manpower, delivering solutions to the conventional and emerging energy industries

In this position, you will lead complex projects, manage diverse teams, and drive a culture of safety, integrity, and compliance. You will have the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions that make a tangible difference in the global energy sector.

Your place of work will be at our global headquarters in Esbjerg – the hub of Denmark’s energy industry, located right on the waterfront with stunning views. The position is full-time, and you can expect up to 20 travel days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of key projects and ensure successful execution.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and execution short- and long-term projects.
• Providing inspiring leadership with clear roles and responsibilities
• Delivering projects within time, quality, and budget targets
• Participating in steering committees and supporting tender processes
• Managing complex project budgets and ensuring accountability for all project activities
• Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities

Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and organized Senior Project Manager who thrives in a multidisciplinary technical environment and is eager to create results. You are a strategic thinker with great communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams to achieve their goals.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• A technical or engineering educational background
• Extensive project management experience, preferably with complex projects in the energy sector.
• Experience with client relations, stakeholder management, and tender processes
• Relevant project management certification 
• Experience with offshore or onshore energy projects.
• Knowledge of safety standards
