Senior QA Project Manager for Master Data program

The Position

In Novo Nordisk, we are initiating a global MDM transformation program, which aim to design enterprise processes for MDM Governance and MDM systems. This program will address the challenges originating from decentralised data oversight, fostering a unified and efficient approach to master data management at Novo Nordisk.

The program is an EVP (Executive Vice President) endorsed program and will run across several areas in Novo Nordisk, e.g. Development, Product Supply, IT, and Quality.

As a Senior QA Project Manager, you will:

• Work closely with the program lead of the MDM transformation and the other track-leads
• Represent the Quality organisation as you oversee the quality and compliance of the MDM processes designed
• Ensure alignment across EVP areas, and involve relevant Quality areas when needed
• Play a leading role in the handover to the functions operating master data, including support to change management and process adherence
• Lead the alignment of QA roles and responsibilities related to the MDM processes

Moreover, you will take a leading role in process landscape architecture and act as a QA approver of policies and SOPs at enterprise level

Qualifications

We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

• A relevant academic background within life sciences, engineering or similar
• Extensive experience within Quality assurance, compliance processes and Master Data Management (MDM)
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a global setting
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or other GxP regulated industry
• Fluent in English

On a personal level, you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across different areas.

About the department

You will join the newly established PSQ Project Office, part of PSQ Projects, Processes & Supply Chain QA. The project office counts five employees from March 2025, all dedicated to driving improvement projects and initiatives across Product Supply Quality.
The atmosphere is open, dynamic and collaborative, and we are located at our headquarters, where we work closely with various stakeholders to achieve our goals.
