Our story began in 2008 in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen, and since then we have experienced continuous growth, establishing ourselves as one of the largest gaming companies in Denmark. In more recent years, we have been scaling fast, in big part thanks to the success of a little game called Lily’s Garden. Now we’re on a mission to solidify our position as one of the leaders in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games.

Besides recruiting, we run a bunch of other initiatives which contribute to and support our core mission, and to mention just a few: Interview Workshops to align all interviewers at Tactile on our hiring practices, employer branding efforts (just check-out our website and LinkedIn pages!), events, diversity & inclusion practices (specifically focused on bias), and loads more. In general, we try to keep things agile within our team. After all, we work in an extremely lean environment within a flat company structure - that means that just like the business, we also need to be flexible and adaptable to change. Not one day is the same here and we always have exciting new challenges keeping us on our toes. To keep our motivation high we like to sit together and do sourcing sessions to 90s music, remember the good stuff that happened in monthly retrospectives and discuss hot topics on Friday mornings. We also laugh a lot - it’s very situational, we can’t explain it, you would need to experience it yourself!
